This Educational and Recreational 700 Acre development will cover 7,000 years of
Indian History and Culture. The technologies of tomorrow, such as Virtual Reality,

In a joint venture with Bhagwati Designs, Bombay, a study and design report was
prepared for a new Hazardous Waste Landfill.
Juhu Airport Redevelopment, Bombay:
This plan was prepared to maximize the commercial potential of the prime property
owned by Juhu Airport. The plan included a high-tech business center, housing for 5,000  low income residents,
shopping center, hotels, hangars, water treatment, sewerage treatment plants, trash
recycling, and rain water recycling.
Jordan Power Plant:
This 264 MW fossil Fuel power plant using air-cooled condensers was constructed in
the remote site of Zerqa, Jordan.
